If for any reason during this thirty-day trial period you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return these items for a complete refund to the original form of payment. Please follow the list below for initiating a return:
a. A return authorization number must be obtained from av123 within 30 days of receiving your product. The return authorization number (RA#) should accompany the returned items and be visible on the outside of all boxes. You may obtain a return authorization number by contacting sales@av123.com or by phone at (877) 543-7500 option 1.
b. Return authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance. We must receive the returned product back within this period. Items that are received after this period are subject to refusal or a restocking fee of 15%.
c. Items should be returned in the complete original packaging to ensure they will not be damaged in return transport. Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to review before credit is issued. We recommend insuring all returned product with the carrier.
d. Items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid by the sender. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
AV123 accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Certified Check, bank issued Money Order and Wire Transfer*.
Nothing is billed or charged until the business day prior to your shipping date unless otherwise noted. Upon shipment, all orders will receive an e-mail tracking notification directly from the courier complete with all contact information and ETA.
